Training in the BPO

So in my travel to different companies i have realized that there are a lot of jobless people in this world,as i go to different companies i see lots of people around, different characters of the same movie i would say.The characters are the same but the companies change. So whenever you go to a company especially a good one you would come across a tech freak,a Bollywood fan,an avid lover of music,a gamer,a car lover,an over enthusiastic female,a reserved girl and a married woman looking to pass time and earn some money.Different protagonists, one script, one aim-to fight it out for the money.Coming to the shooting location, its usually a perfect setting, a picturesque feel of a MNC it looks like one but you know what goes inside doesn't usually come out the right way.Coming to the staff of the company they need females who are beautiful and can speak English no degrees matter because this is India my friend. So the recruiters usually have a soft corner for the opposite sex and they do select people who really crave for money. As the saying "Beggars cannot be choosers" hence the higher number of losers. Now coming to the process training its no fun, they promote a guy who has very less knowledge of the English language to teach process and the end result is everybody passes training with flying colours. The trainer tells you its going to be a smooth ride but when you come to think of it,you were busy tripping on one thing or the other to really mind what went on in the training. The best part is you're left to your solitude and nobody in the world disturbs you whilst you're sleeping your way towards the end of the day. This happens in all the training programs in all the multinational companies. This was just a trailer of the movie which you can expect in your future.
